What I most appreciated about my experience purchasing my house with Dee is that when she told me that I could contact her with any questions or recommendations, even after closing, that she truly meant it. I was relocating from across the country, which adds an additional layer of stress and logistics on top of a traditional local real estate transaction. Dee made herself available to provide guidance, tips, and advice to navigate the differences in real estate transactions from my prior state vs Florida and helped make the transition smoother than expected by having to do lists, timelines, etc to facilitate the process.
