We purchased a new home after looking at some resale’s that dee showed us and before we made any decisions dee showed us some beautiful new community’s in the same area for just about the same money but got so much more. Some advice if buying a new home have dee on your side when dealing with the builder and sales people. We live out of state and dee was literally on our side from the day we put a deposit till the day we closed. Dee would check on the status of the build by showing up to the site during the week and weekends yes weekends followed up with pictures every time.
